Grilled BBQ Seitan Skewers
Grilled Romaine Chopped Salad from Vegan Bowl Attack!
Time to fire up the grill! Skewers are one of my favorite easy, warm-weather dinners. And with these BBQ Seitan Skewers, you get a recipe for delicious, homemade seitan, too!🙌 Of course, you can short-cut this with store-bought seitan or even pressed tofu, instead.😍

I don't know about y'all but there is a HEAT wave happening in Vegas right now.🔥 And even though I'm finishing up the warm meal leftovers I have, you know that I'm chasing them with ice cream!🍦 Cool down with my Pistachio Matcha Ice Cream (recipe even has a no-churn option!), for tasty relief.🙌 It's also quite #pantryfriendly!

One of my favorite morning treats is coffee cake!😍 And this Strawberries & Cream Coffee Cake is quite the stunner. I've made it for Mother's Day a few times, now!🙌 You can absolutely use frozen strawberries in place of fresh in this dish and it'll still be great. Find the recipe link below!💚

Working on that French toast recipe right now, since it beat out the pasta dish! In the meantime, I wanted to share this spring-appropriate sweet treat: Lemon Berry Cheesecake Parfait!🍋 Lots of #pantryfriendly ingredients in this, like nuts, buckwheat, dates, and you can use frozen berries in place of fresh.🙌 Find the recipe link below!💚

Hey y'all. How's everyone holding up? Even though I work from home 98% of the year, this experience has been something else altogether.😓 It's hard to feel motivated when it seems we're surrounded by chaos, no? I've been isolating since late last week, with the exception of a couple appointments, but it wasn't until the last two days that my mind was up for creating/working on anything.
That being said, today I made this SUPER tasty Banana Nut bread by @thefirstmess, though I made a flour sub that you can see in my stories.😍 I'll link the recipe in my profile! Now, I want to plan some content that continues to be helpful to everyone. So, what are you finding you struggle with (food-wise) in these times of social-distancing? Let me know in the comments!💚

I don't know about y'all, but I'm in need of some comfort food, right about now.🤗 So #FBF to this Chili Mac and Cheese recipe from 2013!😍 It's got a short-cut cheese sauce and the chili is super-simple. Definitely top this dish with some avocado for the full effect! Find the recipe link below.💚
