That’s really tough to narrow down… Sir Quentin Blake’s art connected with me when I was younger, so him.  And of course I love Noel Fielding’s art and Dylan Moran’s too.  As for music, Jason Mraz?  I think his songwriting made a big impression on my, er, story writing.  Great. 

20. what is your hidden talent? (example: memory, double joints, etc.)

I don’t know if I’ve got one?  My memory is pretty good, I guess.  I notice details and tend to remember them.  

35. what are your favourite sounds?

My cat’s collar/tags jingling when he runs, rain + windscreen wipers, any music over good speakers, the facebook message notification my phone makes - it’s so happy.

Probably not. I really enjoy meat and there are more recipes when there’s meat, I guess!

6. One sound you can’t stand?

Because this is very easy to answer. Children. Happy children, crying children, I don’t care. The sounds they make, it’s just so uncomfortable. I more or less have to leave the room or else I need to listen to my music on full volume. I just can’t stand the sounds they make. So it annoys me when people say I’ll have kids later on. Like no. They make me more uncomfortable than anything else.

Uhhh I guess Tumblr, I use it more!

I actually don’t know, and I’m not good with how children look like or behave. Like I suck at working in the kid’s section because of this.

Uhhhhhhh good question. My therapist maybe? I ramble a lot with her and she nods and then she gives advice and then I ramble even more.

I don’t really like the ones in London because they’re racist assholes. But the ones in my current flat are quite nice.

School finished around 3/4 years ago for me ;) I’m at university currently.

The two competitions I remember winning is 3rd place for cheerleading and 3rd place nationally for debating.

This might be a stupid question but do you only see the music in 2D or is it just that you can't represent it easily in 3D? Also do you see it as a still picture as you've shown in your art or do things move? Or do you just get a sense of what the music looks like and try to portray it as best you can? I'm really sorry if I'm being ignorant, I just find it very interesting and would like to know more :-)

I cried the first time i saw it !

Usually, whe I decide to make a representation of a song (either in painting or in Paint ;)), I … take a mental picture of all the colors and shapes in motion at the very last moment.

8. Favourite Sitcom

I think I should say The It Crowd, because it was one of the 1st British shows I watched and loved... BUT I have to say Bob Servant. It is one of the funniest shows I've ever watched, I highly recommend it!!

Abandoman's Freestyle FM. There are only a few episodes but they are golden!!
