The Fix challenge accepted. So how to I take care of my mental health, you ask ? Well it’s a continuous process of a variety of things I do. - I try to keep active in any way possible, because If I don’t I tend to overthink. -I Practice “self-love” and “self-care” by washing my hair , doing my nail and occasionally doing my makeup and taking some cool pics for my self and the socials. If you look good you feel good, mentally. -I write poems , just to organise some of my thoughts. You can even go check out my page @komonspraat -I talk about my feelings with my friends, family and my boyfriend @windvogel95. But, I especially confide in my grandfather. He is so wise and gives the best advice. -I like visiting a nature landscape or beautiful environment. Just to experience silence and to admire beauty. I love taking pictures of flower as it calms me. -I enjoy drinking tee for that feel good relaxing sensation. -I ensure that I eat a proper meal daily and try and get enough sleep. -I watch series , movies and my favourite shows. -I listen to good music. -I organised my life and work. I plan ahead. I avoid procrastinating.
