Damn this trip was fun..February & not warm..we'd lost @chavguypaton in the woods the night before so Remy & I had a few tins on the beach & thought somebody had spiked them when we started seeing phosphorescence in the waves around 2am...the waves glowed neon with every break & within minutes we were in the waves giggling like schoolgirls. We managed to get a couple hours of sleep..soaking wet oceanside in the truck. 7am hit & we peeled on damp sandy wetsuits in the winter morning mist. Beach to ourselves, we hit the water...all it took was catching that first wave to remember why we put ourselves in these situations...highs & lows, tide in tide out...one of the best sessions of our lives! (And we found Chav!)
