Another case of theft by the same individual. I have now had to file four separate DMCA forms on them. (Three are still being processed). This is creating unnecessary work for myself and the DMCA agents. IT is getting extremely annoying. I know this individual has stolen from others as well. (Her shop is primarily “Kids” items, so if you are a kid developer, especially a popular one, she is most likely ripping you off.)
I did end up sending her a message today asking her to stop as it is annoying and is against the ToS and Copyright Law which has ramifications.
I usually do not message people about such things as most thieves do not like being confronted directly, but I want people to know it hurts me, and others in a similar position as myself.
I am far from a rich man, and I put a lot of work into my products both because I enjoy it, I like seeing others enjoy it and it does put food on my table.
It breaks my heart to see the hours of work I put in scooped up and shat out again either as an exact copy of my work or something such as above where they have drawn over my work and then claim it to be their own.
