Today’s prompt @thegfw is rice. There are a plethora of rice dishes in the Lebanese cuisine. Rice is used in most of the stuffed dishes. My dish is “Sayadieh” literally translated as the fisherman’s catch. A popular fish and rice dish. I serve it with it’s own Gravy and a Tahini sauce or as we call it “Tarator”.
