Welp, I had officially decided to post this flash villain drawing that I made two years ago.

For savitar's slight redesign, My aim for this project is to mix the shape language as the cgi version with the details armor lasting and textures like the practical effects.

While the design was complex, it was fun to remake the God of speed.
