One of this week's bake! #sourdough #bâtard with Carl's Oregon Trail Starter! 80% hydration, 30% levain with 32% kathiya flour. I topped it with rolled oats, BF 3.30 hours, RT overnight and flour to batard 17 hours. I obviously forced Jason to handmodel 😁 I was thinking of adding a section to my blog with my sourdough experiments, the formulas and pictures.. what do you guys think? Should I???
