Something Doesn’t Smell Right
Raelynn frowned as she looked down at the body in front of her. Rather, she looked down at what was left of the body, pulling her right foot out of the way before any of the blood made its way into the fabric of her black flats. It was times like this, she was convinced her boss had a vendetta against her. Why else wouldn’t he put her computer skills to good use? After all, her hacking landed her this gig in the first place.
A small smirk danced at her lips as a rookie office from the local PD took one look at the body and started heaving, having to book a hasty retreat. It was extremely morbid: the head was ripped clean off and was nowhere to be found, the heart was missing, and the bowels were hanging loosely about the victim’s midriff.
“Someone really must’ve hated this guy,” she commented to no one in particular. This was the third body in two states so far. Really, someone must have really hated all of them. She’d seen quite a few horror shows, but this one...well, she really wished her partner was here. Something just didn’t smell right and it wasn’t the smell of death and the start of decay.

“I’d advise against sayin’ whatever it is you were plannin’ on saying just now. Just a word of friendly advice.”
“I just saved your ass, the least you could do is say thank you.”
*Luke voice* But but! Important angel business!

Double-Teamed || Luke & Robert
thehauntedhunter
It had been a busy week for Robert. Baptisms all day Monday, Tuesday he had to do a wedding, and Wednesday he had to teach bible study. It seemed as if there was always something going on at his church, and frankly, the young minister just needed the day off. Today was Thursday, though, so, of course, the halls rang with the sound of cheesy Christian Contemporary Music sung by the locals who, in all honesty, did not have a calling for music. So Robert gathered his books, hopped on his bike, and rode it down the street headed into town, hoping to find a quiet little coffee shop to study in. He was about a mile from town when someone jumped out of the forest next to the road and ran right in front of him, forcing him to skid to a stop. He tripped off of his bike before rising to his full height and making eye contact with the other. “Hey! I…what were you doing out there?”
