==> Heathen, Grumble about Death
A disclosed location known for it's teeming wildlife and isolation thrived away from civilization, land barren of trolls of any species. Rumors had spread thickly in the nearest villages about the nature being possessed and attacking anyone if they tried to live or hunt there. So far, only the bravest trolls had wandered in, only to be driven out screeching bloody murder about a demon. A witch. A ghoul. Each story was different, though one thing was a constant. A raggedly cloaked being would appear after the plants seemed to have come alive and attacked, hissing and screaming at the intruders to leave. The braver, or more foolish who had stayed longer would say that when the initial scare was not heeded, the mystery 'demon' would scratch at them with 'talons' and breathe flickers of jade colored fire between two razor sharp gleaming fangs. Now, they were probably exaggerating to seem more heroic, but no troll ever set foot in the area for fear of the resident furiously driving them out. They just had never tried to be more careful in their ways, just planning about how to destroy the ecosystem for more hives. If someone with spiritual understanding traversed within however, maybe things would be different? We're here to see what the 'evil' spirit that protects the land is doing though as she awaits another being to fend off. Blank white eyes gazed forwards with precise concentration, watching as tiny chirp beasts finally hatched in their nests. A small largely fanged smile appeared on the normally scowling face, the tight expression softening as new life was born. The Heathen floated quietly besides the nest of ChirpBeasts, tattered and torn brown cloak flowing around her with the elegance most ethereal beings possessed. The overall look of this Ancestor however, was rather grimy and earthen. She seemed to almost be one with the land by the dull life colors worn. A swirled leaf pattern was reoccurring, marking her symbol. A gentle yet unneeded breath what taken before the ancient troll spoke in her rumbling gravelly voice. "Y°u sh°uld enj°y y°ur sh°rt life... My little feathered &easts.. There will &e n° warning when the next intruder c°mes t° kill °ur preci°us ec°system...." She said before hissing sharply, hearing the trees talking urgently about someone coming from the outside. How DARE THEY.
