The idea came to me thanks to fan fictions, especially the one by @theheroofheroes that inspired me to make them all small. I chose to keep Time as an adult because who better to understand them than someone who was also a child when he became a hero? I decided to let them keep their memories from when they were adults to create a contrast between their personalities and their appearances. They will face the same adversities as before but with the added difficulty of being all under 10 years old.
