Got our boosters, got The Hobo at The Choo Choo Cafe. Both of us saw no better choice (they were out of biscuits n gravy). It was dang good. The diner and themed entrees are so-named because it’s an associated enterprise of small town revivalist @mrmuffinstrains next door, who has a terrific model train set-up next door and sells model train supplies (and whom Marj is reading an article about on the wall in that third photo). When she returned to the table after reading the story of Mr. Muffins’ entrepreneurship, I was taking a photo of her purse and face mask and she said, “Oh stop it…” and I defended my actions by pointing out it was good light but she was right.
