hey there! i'd like to add to the discussion about tk's cooking skills that i headcanon he can make exactly one proper meal. he found the recipe online by accident, and it's a beef stew that takes very little effort but looks very fancy at the end. tk has made the stew four times so far - once to test it out, once to prove to his mom he can cook, once to prove to his dad (and the rest of the firehouse in new york) he can cook, and once to prove to carlos he can cook

and no, they don't know tk used the same recipe for all of them, or that it's the only one he knows 🤣

Hahaha! I love this. He probably has exactly one “real” recipe up his sleeve. (Maybe)

Someone also floated him having one pasta recipe he knows really well and uses this way. And that is very valid of him. Pasta. Beef stew. Something!

i feel like eddie would rent one of those jeep truck monstrosities for a day and tell buck that he'd sold his old truck to buy it just to see how horrified buck is by the thing

(possibly with chimney and hen around to record the reactions on their phones)

chris would tell them it looks awesome and buck would try very hard to be happy about the idea but secretly he's very relieved when eddie tells them it has to go back at the end of the day

hey, as a fellow writer i just wanted to come and say, it's okay that's you're not updating your werewolf fic this week. i love the story, and i am excited to read more, but i also understand that sometimes, writing just isn't as easy as you want it to be, or life keeps you busy, or all kinds of other things happen and you just can't do the writing. and that's okay. just focus on telling the story you want to tell, and post the chapters when you're ready to share them with the world. i know i'll still be cheering you on, no matter how long it takes you to finish, and i'm sure i won't be the only one!
