A message to our incredible followers:
Hello everyone! Each of the writers at The Indie Soul would just like to apologize for being incredibly MIA this past little while. It has been a hectic few months, and we have been subsequently swamped with the holiday season.
However, we want to thank you all for continuing to follow along, and for sending in your submissions! We have yet to go through them, but we will do so, and answer each of your messages. We will do our best to pick up the pace on posts, and grace your dashboards with indie music and band pictures!

As for favourite artists, that's a difficult one. There are so many to pick from, and it really depends on mood (and sometimes the weather!)

How dare you call yourself indie. You barely put good bands on here. Good INDIE BANDS. All i see are the more popular ones who are annoying and can't sing live.
We're sorry to hear that our content displeases you! Feel free to suggest any bands you believe would better represent the Indie genre. The Indie Soul is always open to suggestions and always interested in discovering something new for ourselves and for the lovely ladies and gentlemen following us!
We do have some new content lined up we think may satisfy our more adventurous readers. Today, we began "Sounds from the Underground" to feature our less mainstream indulgences. Until then, please accept this candid photo of one of our mods after hearing your opinion.

It's good to see so many new (and awesome) blogs following The Indie Soul. It's been a short while since we started up, and the feedback has been great. There is much more music to come - we've just gotten started! We also welcome submissions, because (let's face it) there are too many amazing bands for us to go through all on our own.
