An old South Los Angeles movie theater turned into a pop-up art show the first week of May for “Manifest Justice”. The show included 275 pieces of politically minded artists….and area exclusively blocked off for people convicted of felonies. The organizers hosted a one-day event for people convicted of nonviolent felonies could meet with volunteer attorneys and start a process to reclassify their felonies to misdemeanors. Artists pushed Proposition 47 to make sure people know about the reclassification process. Check out more about “Manifest Justice” and Proposition 47 here.

After a lot of speculation, a trailer has been released for "Too Honorable", the Kanye West and Dame Dash produced film. We haven't seen a film from Dame Dash in awhile but you can expect a classic gangsta flick similar to the "State Property" era. "Too Honorable" is said to be a "mixtape movie" due to the cast; which features Cam'ron, Smoke DZA, Murda Mook, and more. Look out for the film when it releases digitally on May 25th.
