This week we invited in the team of our sister show, Murder of Nerds, to talk about the mind-blowing explosion of announcements that the Disney family made over this last weekend at the D23 2019 Expo in Aneheim, CA. This three-day festival blew minds day after day.  On this extended crossover episode the crew covers: Disney+ Marvel announces three new shows: She-Hulk (Which will be the beginning of the journey to the all-female Avengers team, A-Force), Ms. Marvel and Moonknight (big casting rumor announcement). On Friday, Aug 2nd, we are so excited that Firefox is coming back to the show to tackle some great topics with us.  If you didn't know, Firefox was the first female host that The Infamous Chronicles ever had. In addition, she was the first "new" host that the show ever added and was the beginning of what would evolve into the rotating cast that made TIC so unique. Firefox was a perfect choice for the foundation on which to grow the show.  She brought ferocious feminism, a creative balance, and a nurturing ear to the show that it just didn't have before her. This week, she returns after a two-year hiatus from the show to talk about some deeply personal topics.  These include mental health - when were you first prescribed drugs for mental health? when did you first realize your condition may be hereditary? how much of is it diet? Comic Michelle Stevenson (Hulu, BuzzFeed) returns to TIC after over two years to discuss the protests in Puerto Rico. Stevenson is a former TIC co-host and was the lead host of her own short-lived podcast series called Her Chronicles.  She began with the Infamous Podcast Universe in 2016 and remained with the team for over a year before departing to more aggressively pursue her career in comedy. For this week's new episode, Stevenson returns to the show she started on to discuss the ongoing protests in Puerto Rico.  As a latin-American woman herself, she is extremely passionate about sharing this story and asked to cover this topic.
