Annie was moving out of her old apartment and into a new one. She was excited and nervous at the same time. As she moved the last box into her truck she got in the seat and drove to her new home.
As she pulled into the parking lot she looked at the email to see the room number. Walking into the building she walked to the elevator and went to the floor.
She knocked on the door and waited for someone to answer. When the door opened she waved. "Hey, I'm Annie. I have my stuff downstairs." She says gesturing to the elevator.

Gretel was sitting alone at lunch like she usually did. Since her brother was in 12th grade and Gretel was in 10th grade, there lunch periods weren't at the same time and she wasn't very good at making friends.
