There are three rules Brooke Sullivan must follow as a new nurse practitioner at a men’s maximum-security prison:
1) Treat all prisoners with respect.
2) Never reveal any personal information.
3) Never EVER become too friendly with the inmates.
Thoughts: An “okay” book. I had to finish just to figure out the ending. The ONLY twist I didn’t see coming was Margie being Shane’s mother and having an affair with Brooke’s dad. Is no one going to talk about how Shane and Brooke are half siblings with a child together? 🥴
