Quick Story
I thought it would be a good idea to make Mac and Cheese for dinner; it's quick, easy, and my favorite food thanks to my nina.
Well, it turned into Mac and Cheese soup, that I decided to strain only to have them taste like cold, soggy noodles. Moral of the story, Miranda is not to be left alone in the kitchen.
Life lessons from Katie
The other day at work I was able to hold a baby for the first time in a long time. I like the idea of children one day. But when it comes to babies I get very nervous and stressed. I don't know how to talk to them or how to interact with a baby, I feel as though I use my puppy voice to babies.
Any ways, Jen and Katie gave me a quick run down of how to talk to and hold a baby. I did it and didn't hurt her at all. But as soon as she moved I gave her back lol. Basically no children for me in the close future. Need a boyfriend, husband, and a marriage before than can happen.
Overdoing it.
Do you ever write down a schedule and start to look at difference commitments you have made and realized that you might have taken on more than you can handle? At this point in my summer, as I prioritize my schedule for next semester I look at all my plans and think, ‘I will never know what sleep is again’. and yet I couldn't be more excited for the nights without sleep, messy bun hair to work, countless essays to write, and chapters to read. Being at the halfway point in my undergrad college career makes me so excited to see what blessings the Lord has for me and what challenges I will have to overcome; because I know that this year is not going to be an easy one. I am able and willing to make this the best year possible.
Bring it on! Because as I always say, the student never stops, the teacher never quits, and the intern never sleeps.
If you’re feelin’ like checking out a new blog/website take a peek at my wordpress site. Very plain, just launched it today. Working on setting up a podcast just to learn. Please and Gracias!

Slow days for dayz
Covering for maternity leave is exciting but there is not enough work for me to do. I have gotten faster at editing and prepping for the social media pages so now I have much more free time I do not like not being productive here at work. I am working on a story right now and bouncing the radio shows to the network right now. Also working on the video project, this is important but I am also working on the podcasting information. Still trying to launch a podcast this summer for AJ.
Video Project!
Okay so here is the happenings today at the office.
1. Recorded some interviews today with about three guests.
2. Put together a radio show in about 45 minutes, productivity for once.
3. Ate cake for an hour and talked with the other ladies about Netflix shows we like.
4. Working on a script for our very first video project in our brand new studio! I am so excited. I have piloted a new video project to introduce everyone to the new studio and the process that will go along with making any videos. This is a big project, and I am going to be playing a semi-interesting role in this entire unit. More than thrilled.
