Your muse is emotionally compromised and breaking down.

She didn't know what to do. Tadashi is just there pouring out his feelings and Emily's just patting him on the back, saying that it will be all right. She's not used to physically touching people in this way, she’s very closed off in an emotional sense and so it makes it that much harder. Then there’s that nagging guilt in the back of head that’s saying ‘this is your fault, you made Tadashi hurt like this’ but she’s blanking it away, pretending it doesn’t exist and that Emily and her friends hadn’t caused the tragedy to befall the Washington sisters.She wills herself not to cry, Tadashi’s emotional outburst is hitting at her and she’s pretending she doesn’t register what he is saying, but she does. She can’t get the words out, nor can he and they’re just sitting there. Finally, she opens her mouth and finds that she can only comfort him because that is what is right. While hope may be a fickle thing, it’s the best she can give him and hope is much better than the truth.

            Tatsuya flops down on his twin’s bed with a grin. “So I heard a rumor from Fred that you’ve got a cru-ush,” he says in a singsong voice. “So you’ve gotta spill the details, bro. Boy? Girl? Are they cute? Don’t leave me hanging; come on.”

“Shut the fuck up,” Josh punched Chris in the shoulder as Chris continued to snort at the fact that Big Hero 6 had brought the kid close to tears. Being that he was a film buff-- let alone 22-- this was beyond embarrassing.

Mike shook his head, a cocky smirk finding it’s way across his lips. “It’s a kiddie flick.”

Josh shook his head and got up to grab more pop secret.

“It’s fucking sad.”
