I was hoping this was a post i wouldn’t have to make but here I am stating what most people already know
I went to Boston Comic Con this weekend as Frank N Furter who is very sexually character for fuck sakes he made his own sex slave in his lab this being said i somewhat expected someone to cross the line while i was in the cosplay but i was hopeful that it maybe wouldn’t happen
About 4 hours into the con on Saturday and guy stopped me and asked for a picture with me i said sure and we posed and went our separate ways no problems at all how ever his friend wanted a picture as well and when we posed he put his fucking hand on my fucking ass (it was definitely not a accident) now this is where the line gets crossed i asked him to move his hand and he got all defensive
YOU DON’T GET TO DECIDED IF YOU MADE SOMEONE UNCOMFORTABLE OR NOT
I don’t care if all you did was touch their arm if they say you made them uncomfortable and to please stop don’t fucking argue don’t get defensive just say sorry and move on
It’s their body their decision and their feeling
You don’t know what could of happened to them in the past that makes them feel uncomfortable about certain things they could have anxiety or PTSD which makes them have a lower tolerance for certain things
But honestly they don’t even need a reason it’s their body which means it’s their decision
COSPLAY IS NOT CONSENT
FUCKING RESPECT PEOPLE AND THEIR PERSONAL SPACE
