I also dreamed I encountered some ableist trash I know and started a chant amongst all the bystanders about how it is a deaf persons choice if they want to hear and not their parents.
The chant I remember (there were others) was (solely because the ableist trash in question have a child that, as far as I know, does identify as male. Child in question is about two at the moment.) “His body, his choice!”
And it was glorious. I had goosebumps. Kinda wish it was real, but not where I’m from. I’m surrounded by bigots and those who generally just aren’t inclined to have open minds.
