Their Place | Aly

He waited on the bench, back to the door, elbows balanced on his knees, head in his hands. He didn't know what he was going to say to Aly, he just wanted to see her again and to know that she was talking to him again. His nerves were fraying and waiting was killing him. It was chilly out but he forgot his jacket in his room, which might have been a good thing. That had memories attached to it too.

Fighting the urge to get up and pace, he did his best to plan out what to say without having to relive any of it. But, it was unavoidable and, as memories from childhood flooded his mind, he took a deep breath and continued to hold his head in his hands, hoping he'd pull himself together before Aly showed up.
