Hey Steph!

I'm a long time follower - you're actually the first blog I followed 😅 and even though recently I haven't been as active with posting and keeping up with the cast (mainly because the show has ended and a few people have lost interest), I still keep up with your blog and I have to say that you're literally a gem! ✨ you take so much time out of your day answering asks, giving advice and linking posts/searching fics etc that I find truly amazing 💕 I don't know where I'm going with this message tbh but a post of yours popped up on my dash and I felt such a gratitude and maybe nostalgia of what the fandom used to be (I was there live posting when s4 aired so... yeah) and I wanted to express my appreciation to you! I'm still around and posting occasionally and sometimes you're the motivation for it as well as the love I still have for the show (and the optimistic side of me that maybe, just maybe, we'll get more of the show). So, thank you for your blog, for the amazing things you said and posted, for all the things you provided even during these tremendously hard times we're going through.

First of all thank you so much for responding! I fixed the html like you suggested and even though it was fixed when i click on the "about" or "navigation" tab, the links or text do not appear. I love this so much and this is why i reached over to you because i really like it and wanted to use it :)

it seems like you copied the code i posted into yours, unfortunately that isn’t a good idea because it changes the quotation marks. (my bad, i forgot to mention it.)

as you can see, you have this code:

"“lefttab”">{text:Left Tab Text}““righttab””>{text:Right Tab Text}

there’s two sets of quotation marks each, so delete the inner quoatation marks on both IDs (which are the wrong ones).

it should then look normal again:

{text:Left Tab Text}{text:Right Tab Text}

If you didn’t change anything else in the code, it should work now. Unfortunately I can’t test it without having your code, so if it still doesn’t work, copy your code and upload it to pastebin and send me the link. (use my submit page or replace the .s with (DOT) in your ask, tumblr doesn’t allow links in asks)

Hello!! I'm currently using your "button" theme and in the about/navigation links there is a glitch i think because instead of being next to each other they appear the one underneath the other. Is there something in the code that i could fix or anything? Thank you in advance!! xx

Okay, so, I saw that other people have this problem too, and I’m not actually sure why it is happening (because it’s not happening on the preview), but I finally found the fix! I will also update the theme code for any new installs.

Go into the code and search for

. Then delete the line break and all spaces between the two links:

Before:

After:

       {text:Left Tab Text}{text:Right Tab Text}
