Its fine, I should be use to people not helping but I’m not. Not yet at least.

Eh I was throwing at a guess there at the end for some giggles or something. Uh well you can always ignore your notps or something like that. Its what I do, don’t let them bug me.

Call of the Wild

Tsukiyama Shuu set down the book he was reading, for once bored with it. He loved to read, but it had been a long time since he’d had any real spice in his life, so even things he loved were starting to get dull. If only he had something else he could focus on, something that would give him more drive. But nothing seemed to happen.

At a young age, Tsukiyama’s parents had passed, leaving him with the family estate as well as money. He could literally buy anything he wanted, and had for a while, just because he could and he enjoyed it. But now, at the age of thirty, he was realizing that money really couldn’t buy you everything. It couldn’t buy him happiness. And Tsukiyama was lonely, despite the maids, butlers, and waitstaff he employed. 

Turning to his laptop, a recent purchase, he turned it on and began randomly exploring. It was in this way he discovered the auction. He’d already known about ghouls; who hadn’t? They were another species, like humans but not. They lived in the sewers and the forests, feeding off hapless humans who ventured too close to them. They were wild, vicious, and highly prized as pets.

But getting one was next to impossible. Not only were they frightfully expensive, they employed a variety of defenses that made it difficult to even catch them. It was very, very rare for one to be captured, but if it did happen, the auctions were usually held only for a select few, friends of the one who did the capturing. 

This one however was a public auction. Tsukiyama read the bio with interest. A young male, white-haired and as vicious as they came. This could be exactly what he was looking for to give his life more color. He looked at the date. The auction was set for tonight. Writing down everything he needed, he began searching his giant closet for the best thing to wear. The elite of the elite, himself included, would be there tonight, and he had to make sure he made a good impression. And become the owner of this ‘Kaneki.’
