Dear fellow readers &/ writers, My first in series novel is launching on Tuesday (3 Aug). After appealing to my woefully small newsletter subscriber list and begging on other reader groups, I have a total number of 0 reviews… Maybe I was too snarky/sarcastic in some of my comments to would-be reviewers. Perhaps my blurb is off. Perhaps no one is interested in old-fashioned urban fantasy anymore (my series is not written in the First Person and it’s not Paranormal Shifter/Vampire/Demon Romance) - it’s something along these lines: monster sees young woman, monster wants to eat young woman, young woman gets away, young woman fights back, young woman struggles to kill monster, young woman lives to fight another day. After checking the scoreboard above, please tell me; where is she going to find time for romance, even when the handsome monster hunter shows up to help??? Any suggestions on where I can find the right reviewers will be greatly appreciated!
