Helloooooo I have a question sorry if I'm bothering you, but do flashbacks in fics annoy you? I'm trying to write a oneshot and I've started like... "Saturday. It was definitely a Saturday when Harry’s life was turned upside down. It had to be a Saturday, though. Of course blah blah blah" so if I do that I'm going to need to flash back to what actually happened I guess... Do they annoy you? Please tell me the truth because sometimes I get annoyed by them but that might just be me... Thank you! x
I personally quite like flashbacks in fics and stories or whatever, because I feel like I get to know the characters better and their past.
