1970's style "teaser" for "The Last Beat," edited from test footage shot with lead Shawn Andrews using RED Epic and Hawk Anamorphic lenses. The test/teaser further illustrates the visual style and look intended for the production. The music and sound design was also created and performed by Shawn Andrews and director Robert Saitzyk.

"The Last Beat" is an erotic, lyrical, and music-filled portrait of a brilliant, complex, and troubled soul, inspired by Jim Morrison's last days in Paris. Starring Shawn Andrews ("Dazed & Confused," "Fix"), Cameron Richardson ("Harper's Island," "Alvin & the Chipmunks") and Martha Higareda ("Street Kings," "Mariachi Gringo"). Writer/ Director is Sundance Alumni Robert Saitzyk ("White of Winter").
