Dís Shepard & Damien Shepard for @thelastofthecrazypeople!
Damien in his armour was in the very first batch of these portraits I did way back in March 2018! It was nice to get to revisit the character two years later and see how my approach has changed.
This month marks one year of art journaling! These pages aren’t as good as those shown in previous posts imo because I’ve been busy with university lately and I’m low on inspiration. Hopefully once I’ve graduated in the summer I can get back into it.
Thank you for all the tags on previous posts I read them all and they make me so happy <3
Honestly I am amazed over and over again how good taz has gotten. The music and the story and everything I just love them boys so much. Also Merle has really gotten into his own this arc and I love him so much??? What was your fave part of the stolen century so far? What's your gave arc?
Honestly publishing this to make more people talk to me about TAZ but putting under cut for spoilers
Tbh I didn’t care much about the characters in the beginning, I was in it for the lolz, but oh god I’m so invested in Magnus lately. I just want him to be happy and have seven dogs and his goldfish. I could not fucking handle his relationship with the voidfish and surprising Griffin when he didn’t go back to save Julia and help I care about him so much
Fave arc... I think Petals to the Metal is what got me. It’s when I actually started giving a shit, I think. I loved the setting and the characters and the Mad Max feel and fucking Garyl and everything.
I’m just. They gave me Lup. They gave me badass, unapologetic, aloof, super talented Lup. I’d never seen a trans character like this. Remember this post? The “what you’d like to see” bit? That’s what I’d like to see. Lup is the exact kind of trans person I’d like to see.
I know the show is not the pinnacle of representation, or the absolute best D&D you can find around, but I’ll be damned if I don’t love it to bits.
