Good luck. I know how scary it is. I just got blood work done this morning so I can be on meds and my doctor handed me a business card for a referral to a psychiatrist. Keeping my fingers crossed for you
Thanks. Fingers crossed for you, too. I hope it's the right meds and psychiatrist for you. I'm still not sure if I'm going to get counseling here or try someone closer to home. I also am not sure what all I need to address because it seems really clear what I need to address when my depression hits, but right now it's kind of fuzzy. It's hard going in goalless.

Good luck deary. I hope it all works out for the best. I know this goes without saying that you have the support of myself and more than likely all of your amazing followers. We’re here whenever you need us.

Push it up a bit higher still and you can sell the extra at the local colleges.
You, sir, are a very bad man. Also, my meds won't get anyone high or chill them out. So curses! Foiled again! They're an anticonvulsant. They prescribe that for bipolar with some people. Apparently, the illness behaves similarly to the way synapses misfire when having seizures.
Oh, and I found out that "Cyclothymia" has been dropped from the lingo being it's an archaic term for my illness. (Which is probably what that other shrink meant to say, but said poorly) So, what they're saying nowadays is "you're on the bipolar spectrum." Yep. Because that's not vague.

Glad to hear it! Are you actually moving to Britain?
Sadly not for a long while! I'd like to live in Seattle for a while first. I mostly want to go there and see where my mum is from and hopefully find the pub my grandparents owned. :D
