Idk if Eren and Levi plan to exchange words cause tbh it doesn't feel like a very good idea to do that (also it's going to be very heartbreaking and I don't need that) but if Eren happens to tell Armin (which seems like a good probability), can you have Armin just take a good swing at him? I don't know if Armin would be angry enough at Eren (if I remember right Armin doesn't know all that Eren knows?? but I'm probably wrong) but it would make me feel better. (I'm laughing through the tears help)
They will be talking in Chapter 48... whether or not that is a very good idea is another thing. XD And as for Armin swinging at Eren - he knew about everything already. He wouldn't hit Eren for this when he already knew. If anything, he's just going to want to be there for Eren to comfort him.
