Hi, I really love your Rocket comics and simply adore Hannibal and Kira as characters. I was just a bit confused, maybe I missed a comic or something, but what happened to Hannibal? Like in your last teaser strip it's old Rocket waking up to her not there and in a comic a while back Rocket crashes his ship and her spirit comes to take him to the afterlife. But like, when and how'd she die????
Aw thanks! I haven’t done the comic where that happens yet, it involves characters I’ve not shown. It’s a major event that finishes with her body being lost. It’s too long to do at the moment as a comic, but the after effects are too interesting not to work with, even if it doesn’t fit in a timeline. I’m fascinated with coping mechanisms, especially Rocket and Kita’s kind where it’s just until you don’t ever think or talk about it, it’s fine.
