Immerse myself in the whisky tasting experience at the world’s first The Macallan Room. I was thrilled to try out their newly launched The Macallan Double Cask 15 and 18 Years Old whisky that are crafted from American and European oak sherry seasoned casks. From just one sip of their whisky, I was able to taste an array of flavours from spices and orange blossoms to toffee and dried fruits. They also collaborated with Steve McCurry, showcasing how these casks were made via The Macallan’s Extraordinary Wood Journey Exhibition.
