My therapist and I were talking about developing healthy coping mechanisms for when my emotions are overwhelming me (which is basically all the time, let's be real). One of the things I remember Mom encouraging us to do after Daddy died was to art it out. I'm no @leemariekooi, but I always kinda liked watercolors.
