Because they will be clashing over with eachother once awhile or connected in some way

— Gaster is trapped in the moon in "Dreamtale", but the moon is considered heaven for those who are made of stardust (Dream & Nightmare) after they died
— Nightmare & Reaper are dating eachother, their very close
— Nightmare knows DX. Flatline already from a personal deal, years ago
— Third group, The Mana sanses
— The Gate is created by DX. Flatline himself, and the guardian is Polon. The only way I can explain their AU looks like ...this at the moment (only using this gif as a example. Tbh, I WASN'T EXPECTING THAT FACE. + P.s small pile of organs around the place, theres even a shallow lake of them)
— The Gate leads to dangerous AUS (grimdarks), which is why it's a spawning healing spot for all nightmare's but it's either too much/overwhelming to handle (even the smell is bad) or weird/creepy stuff starts happening after the simple exploration
— Nightmare isn't a big fan of Prince Cecilia, the prince of Introspective. Due to some..disturbing reflections. Such, bold idoitic statements. "Two tragic brothers fighting like children"? Embarrassing. Yet, he dare question his authority even dared to spit in his face? How dare she—he. Pathetic to make a third group! "Mana sanses" oh please! Don't even get him STARTED with that stupid shit.
— Despite Polon being scared and horrified by DX. Flatline, he follows him like a dog. Like dirty mutt of a lost puppy. The only thing he has has left, was someone.
— I think, Dream is the only one mischaracterizes and corrupted due to some mental health issues/poor coping choices (?) I'm unsure.
— If DX. Flatline and Clover ever meet, they would have crush on eachother masochist for masochist (yes me being shipper part 2)
— Dx. Flatline and Polon's AU doesn't have a name yet.
— "Abyssal's of Bones and Creeks" are for Grimdark AUs only within the Gate or involved with the Gate
