... the most motivational thing I can say is that you can be shit at maths and still be amazing at something else. I did shit at maths and still managed to get a good university degree, a job and some semblance of work-life balance.

160420 10:26. day 11 nonconsecutively: notes from a difficult class

damn i’ve been posting pretty regularly these days. since i took this picture i have completely erased the bottom half of my math working outs and reworked everything. i feel Cleansed because my incorrect calculations were driving me off the walls graaaah

my ujian sekolah is finished and i’m glad because it’s been making me suffer staying up until 1 am tbh. 2 more set of exams to go!!!!!!!! fun fun fun!!! i got 3 hours of naptime from today because we could go home after 12 pm though, so still, life is great.

Can anyone offer some advice on mathematical proofs and how to do them? How to think about them maybe? I might need to change my whole approach here, I don’t know. Thoughts?
