📚 THEME REVEAL ♥️

This has never been done before but we here at Gallacrafts are innovators first and foremost. We're revealing two months' themes at once!

The overall vibe is a love letter to our fave fanfics (bless AO3, long may you reign). Too much inspiration to fit into one month, so we're breaking it into two separate themes:

February - Theme 18 - Short King - Crafts based on a one-shot

March - Theme 19 - Big Fic Energy - Crafts based on a multi-chap. You might need more time for this one so you basically get a month!

Not so familiar with fanfic? We suggest taking a look at @gallavichfanficlibrary or @slim-jims-in-this-shit-hole for inspiration!

Please forgive me for being two weeks late but LIFE sometimes! But I could not let this chance that @gallacrafts gave us to love up on some fic writers go without participating!

So here is my love letter to @howlinchickhowl and her fic Song of the Hearth. Howl I think about this fic all the time. I go back to it often. I read it everytime I'm under the weather. Mickey makes Ian soup and this fic feels like soup--warm and comforting. So thank you for your words and the love you've stirred into this fic.

Here's a bowl of "salty lumpy chicken water with stuff in it".

"Never in a million years would have thought that happiness was watching your feverish husband eat shitty soup on a rented couch on a Wednesday afternoon."

my @gallacrafts one-shot love letter is being dropped in the mailbox of the fabulous @crossmydna for her aww worthy twenty strangers fic! i'm a sucker for a good meet cute and this one checks all the boxes. one of those fics you can't not smile thinking about (and i think about it often). 🥰

so perhaps we've gotta little au ian the baker going on here? some anniversary cupcakes celebrating that first fateful kiss. 🥺 (is mickey as pissed as my husband about all the glitter EVERYWHERE??? 😂)

This month was a @gallacrafts based on a one-shot. No surprise, I picked a space themed fic.

I give you a Flirty Pilot Ian and Mechanic Mickey from @the-rat-wins / the_rat_wins space AU Flyboy and the Gearhead! I had read this for the first time in Dec and loved it so much. I had saved its as Gallavich meets Battlestar Galactica, which also inspired me to include my BSG model as Ian's ship.

Gallacrafts Theme 18 - Short King✨️

Happy @gallacrafts day darlings!! 💘 I have decided to choose a new fic by our brilliant Jena @doodlevich if i never met you. it's a beautiful post-season 11 fic that is emotional, sweet & comforting & it inspired me.

I decided to try my hand at scrapbook collage with quotes from the fic & I used some stickers/tattoos from the Gallacrafts zine 🥰

Plus, It's also my anniversary month for Gallacrafts, so it's a fun coincidence I went back to paper & I even used the same scrapbook paper I used, making the roses at my first craft 💝
