I’m trying to find some free time for tumblr, themes, my game 😭..

My kids are in that in between phase where they don’t need me to hover over them but they cannot be entirely left alone by any means.

That makes finding the time to update my theme site hard af. I haven’t even made sure that I’ve kept the hosting up 😅. I haven’t done any updates or work on my game since maybe March-April? .. tbh that is a passion project and will most likely be shelved for years to come. I did start to teach myself pixel art however so once there’s time for that! 🤣😭🥲

I’m also moonlighting as a home baker. I’ve always baked but I didn’t know that there was such a market for dipped treats/giant cookies etc. I’ve been trying to come up with a few cookies from one base but my husband only wants chocolate chip 🥲 I have to make a batch of those every time lol. I’ve got cake pops & cakesicles pretty much down because again - I do bake lol I don’t use sour cream or water in my recipe 🤢🤐..

Anywho that’s where I’m at! My goal is to take 4 weekends to get the previews of my themes onto my theme site & then add the coding. The part that takes the longest besides creating the theme would be making the pages for the previews 😵‍💫.

I can either leave the previews on tumblr the way that they are & have the code on another page orrrrr I can put them each on a subdomain & have each code on each preview using text area orrrrr I can put the code on a separate page & a screen grab of the theme/preview on own subdomain.

I haven’t decided which route I’m going to take yet.

Hi everyone! Just wanted to share that I recently wrapped up another personalized theme for a mutual, @princessdelacruz and I honestly had so much fun bringing this one to life. I’m still experimenting and learning every day, but I’m really proud of how these ideas came together.

The fact that I’m really enjoying creating personalized themes for others makes me feel both challenged and motivated. It brings out a competitive side in me in the best way, and honestly, it makes the process a lot of fun. Maybe this is something I should focus on more, lol.

That said, I still love making free themes too. Knowing that someone out there is using something I created genuinely makes me happy.

Just a small side note, especially now that Tumblr is accessible in the Philippines again.

Sorry I'm MIA!

I'm trying to do many things at once.

I am coding mult themes at a time & I have shifted game focus to another game for now. The driving game is me testing the waters in the dev sphere.

I did not realize how much actually goes into this. Also did not realize it is so mf hard to make sprites if you can not draw a pixel fmllllll. I'm trying to teach myself to draw these little shits and it's not working lmao ughhhh.. will keep y'all posted ;D.

I have my theme site sort of up! The landing page anyways. I haven't uploaded any themes or resources yet. I'm still decorating the site & coding themes.
