happy birthday my katsudon! thank you for existing and brought so many happiness in my life. i love yuuri katsuki so much
i made a simple lettering for day 4 with theme: gift. you may not see the connection of it so let me explain.
for me, yuri on ice was a gift for my 2016. it made me happy. it made me laugh. it made me cry. it made my year. i will eternally be grateful to be a part of it. and also for me, i see viktor as a gift in yuuri’s life. he was going through a slump after placing last. gain weight and even consider quitting. and then viktor came along (flashing his butt) and everything changes. i believe yuuri couldn’t have grown as much as he did if viktor didn’t exist. i think that’s why he thanked viktor in this quote;
“thank you for bringing me all the way here, viktor.”
he set a new self record. he broke viktor’s world record. he got engage. he fall in love. he found love. yuuri shine because of viktor. and i think that is the biggest gift yuuri could’ve had.
