Hey I'm using theme 9 and I really like the drip image but I want to change the color of it. Is there anyway to do that?

Hi there, there currently isn’t a way to change the colour of the drip image without downloading it and changing the colour manually in a program like Photoshop (here’s a link to a black one and a white one).

I do plan on changing this when I revamp the theme however, so that it automatically matches the sidebar colour. But for now, manually changing the colour of the image is the only way. Sorry about that!

Hi, thanks a bunch you beautiful person! You can just upload that to the “sidebar image” option and that will let you change that image.

Hello! I didn’t add that into the theme because I didn’t think people would want it, but I can give you the code for it so you can add it yourself.

Find the tag and put this code right above it. And then use ctrl+f to find “

”. You’re going to want to put this code directly under the next

And then you’re all done! Just fill in where it says to. If you want to change colours and stuff, you can do a quick google search on how to change colours in CSS and then edit the first code I gave.

Could you post the theme you currently have? And how to remove the "paint drip" part of it? I want my theme to look like papayapen's tumblr.

The theme on my blog right now is a slightly modified version of Theme 9. And there is an option to have no paint drip and have the rounded bottoms instead. It’s called “Disable drip image”. Just switch that on and you’re all good!

hello!! i recently changed my blog to theme 9, i really like the design and layout of it ^^ but i have a question, is there any way to change the code so that there isn't the "loading content" section and posts show up immediately from loading the page or? i hope i could word this right and that i'm not troubling you, i'm just curious! thank you!

Hi, thanks so much! I thought this was a good idea so I fiddled around with the code and updated it with an option called “Disable post loader” that should do just that. Hope that’s what you’re looking for!

I am trying to change the little gif picture thing that is part of the Kingdom Hearts theme but im not exactly sure which link it is to change it? (Any chance you know where it would be? Sorry, just a bit new to this lol)

On the page before the one you paste the code into, if you scroll down there’s a bunch of options you can change. They’re mostly colour options so if you see a lot of those then you’re on the right page. The one you’re looking for is “Sidebar image”, you can upload a new picture there.
