Reader’s Comments: this was so so so so so so so good! the author did such a fantastic job of representing Merlin's and Gwen's grief after Arthur's death, and tells a beautiful story of moving on and growing older, featuring Arthur's son. the writing is gorgeous and the story is simultaneously heartwarming and heartcrushing. I highly recommend everyone read it 💖

Comments: Oh, this was absolutely beautiful. Haunting and heavy in the beginning, but leaves you with a light, freeing feeling by the end. Gorgeously written and brimming with emotion. 

Favorite Quote: 

Remus is almost forty, but he still keenly feels the impossibility of his crush on Sirius Black. The impossibility never went away, not with the lover he wasn't supposed to love anymore exiled, not with the lover he was finally allowed to love again imprisoned. He never grew out of the impossible patience of his queer adolescence; his entire adult life has been spent waiting to be allowed to love, entangling himself in the impossibility of it.

Comment: I thought this story was really sweet and I really liked the concept. Merlin is such a wonderful character and there are some beautiful lines in the story; one of my favourites is “It makes sense like…like stars make sense”.

Learning How To Fall Properly by FivePips Pairing: Remus/Sirius Rating: M Word Count: 60k Remus Lupin meets 2/3 of the Marauders while getting harassed by a few homophobes. He meets the third at the skatepark and soon falls into this group of friends, who are so much more than just the delinquents the residents of their town think they are. This story goes out and beyond their teen years, following accomplishments and heartbreaks and maybe a gold medal or two.
