Last night after running a very important at the Beverly Hilton Lisa and I sought out Irv’s Burgers to get in on the HBO Max “‘s pop-up promotion of the popular satire “The Menu” is n WeHo last night. It so happened that Irv’s is on the same street and a few houses away from where Lisa lived back in the day. I thought it’d be funny if I ordered ‘Just a Well-Made Cheeseburger’ off “The Menu” from Irv’s cashier but it feel kind of flat because the timing and the cashier didn’t hear what I had to say clearly. Still I persisted. I ordered up for Lisa and myself and then found a table. I was called in a while and picked up our order. We launched into our Just a Well-Made Cheeseburger to find out it really was really well-made cheeseburger. Neither Lisa or I like American cheese but on my part I didn’t find it a distraction. I’m pretty much an everything burger guy. But this cheese burger lacked lettuce and tomatoes yet it was delicious. I joked to Lisa it must have been the secret sauce. The fries were great too.
