I’m trying to start a microsanctuary (http://www.microsanctuarymovement.org/) for lab rats, and it is proving to be very difficult to find a lab that will allow me to adopt rats. If anyone knows of any rescuers (preferably near Illinois, and definitely in the US) that have lab rats that need new homes, I would appreciate if you would point them to me or me to them.
