Oddly enough, he doesn’t feel any sort of hostility towards the Pillar Man. Caesar isn’t sure why at first, till he recalls that Joseph had been able to get the antidote he managed to retrieve from Wham during his final moments. The other never prevented his friend from getting his final gift apparently. However, he knows he still has to be careful. Considering that the Josephs he’s met so far have all stated they defeated the Pillar Men, he could very well be encountering something from the past.
