I read somewhere that JRoth hates Bellarke. If that's true, what was with all the stuff Bellamy and Clarke did in late S1/S2 that can be seen as romantic?

He does hate bellarke, he’s made fun of the shippers and been disrespectful to them numerous times and he’s even said that if we’re watching for bellarke we shouldn’t be watching at all (which is what I’ll end up doing tbh). He’s not the only one who decides what happens on the sow though, some of the writers are bellarke shippers and we still don’t know if they mean for them to be romantic or not. All I know is that both Bob and Eliza’s acting makes me think bellarke is not platonic, but the haters and rottenberg call them brollarke so who knows.. I still ship them :)
