This is BASICALLY what I do, but I make the neck hole wider and the arm holes longer. And I never did figure out the spinny tie back thing lol I just tie it once REALLY TIGHT and cut off the excess. Does that make sense? Words are hard at 1am lol

And yeah, I was really excited about finding that workout because I am in college and ughhh college dorms succccck. You don't have enough room to walk, much less work out! But that workout is pretty easy to do. :)
