BABY-G Artist Collaboration: The Mushpit Girls

We have linked up with the brains behind THE MUSHPIT Magazine - born in 2011 out of some intense girl talk sessions. Bored of being forced into buying the same magazines with tired fashion content and patronising lifestyle advice, Charlotte and Bertie decided it was about time for an actually interesting and funny alternative. Welcome to their vision.

If that isn’t enough the girls have put their creative talents together for BABY-G to curate a series of lifestyle images featuring BABY-G’s new SS15 collection.

Occupation: Stylist and Journalist

We are co-editors of The Mushpit, Char (hi!) is a stylist and Bertie (hi too!) is a journalist. We love laughing until we cry at really inappropriate times and calming each other down when we’re having panic attacks which is basically always. We throw parties at the Alibi and make a mag called Mushpit which is the BEST EVER. We think so anyway.

In our free time we are most likely:Experimenting with garish font colour combos on indesign or asleep. Or on Ebay.

Trend we’d love to bring back: Daphne Moon hair

What does BABY-G mean to us?: Not being late for absolutely everything including this interview. Also they are v stylish.

Our girl crush is: Skinny Girl Diet they are amazing.

Top tip for achieving your dreams: Dream big but appreciate every tiny thing. Remember life is an adventure not a career path.
