Polar Opposites

A clear, commanding voice sounds in Nero's head, as if it's owner were standing directly in front of him. 

"Your first lesson begins now. I await you 318 miles due north of Midgard's southern pole."

All things considered, Nero's quite lucky that Loki hadn't chosen a much larger number. Rest assured, though, he's definitely somewhere on the specified 1000-mile circumference.
