This article broke my heart...because it confirmed what I've been suspecting for a while now. Shea Moisture is selling out. They feel that they've made enough off of the black community to become main stream. This happens with every company that is originally created for black women. They go mainstream by first talking about "diversity" & "including everyone" & blah blah blah, & then next thing you know, they target only white women. They may still make a few products for black women but they face of the brand becomes a white woman with barely curly hair. All new products lines are watered down & the company loses all of its black identity. Shea Moisture has been my FAVORITE brand since going natural. I trusted this brand to take care of my hair because it was made by black women, for black women. Unfortunately, I can't say that anymore
