It's been a week. Emotionally, physically, mentally... exhausted. I felt awful after work. # But then, My love brought me to the Charles river for hammock time, reading, cheese & crackers (my favorite). Funny enough, I was reading a book, The Nature Fix by Florence Williams. It's all about how nature makes us happier, healthier & more creative. Also funny enough, a couple hours in mama nature with the loves of my life (books, cheese & @findin_happiness) and my week didn't feel as bad. I didn't feel as sad and I wanted to be happy again. # Soooo friends, get out in nature, go for a walk, hug a tree, hike a mountain, sniff a flower. More to come but there is science behind this.
